Voice Mail Service Center

Telco maintains the most elaborate Voice Mail Service Center in the Tri-County area. The Center offers simple to complex voice mailbox services as well as FAX on Demand, Pager and/or Message notification, Outbound telemarketing, and related services.

Voice Mail Systems

Telco offers its Voice Management System (VMS) product to clients seeking in-house voicemail systems. VMS can be integrated with virtually any telephone system and includes Automated Attendant, Voice Mail, Fax On Demand, Automatic Hold Queuing, amongst others.

Internet Service Provider (ISP)

Telco Information, Inc. provides, through NetPipe Information Services, a 100% digital network to support the Internet NetPIPE Advantage service (DSL, ISDN and dial-up). NetPIPE is a fully digital ISP. Through the NetPIPE National network, dial-up and ISDN service is offered in over 1350 locations throughout the United States.

Website Design, Development, Maintenance & Web Hosting Services

Telco offers complete website development, management and support service and well as several website monitoring and tracking services. Complete Web-hosting services with monthly access plans that include email and related services

Co-Location

Telco offer onsite co-location services. Customer access fully secure, climate controlled environments with 24-hour support and maintenance through isolated work environments with full security.

Computer Networks, Wireless & Support Service Contracts

Telco has 14 years of experience with Novell and Microsoft NT based local and remote computer networks. Complete integration with IBM AS400 gateways and hardware, software, installation, training and maintenance services. Telco currently offers four (4) types of service and support contracts.
