Service Repair Orders
(SRO)
An
SRO
(Service Repair Order) is created for each customer
request. The SRO is an automated function that assigns
the open request for service to technician for this
account and/or to another qualified technician who is
best able to handle the type of problem situation. SRO's
track the work in progress as well as the resources
used. Various management reports are available from the
Network Control Center software.
